Crazy for cupcakes is a new stampset in the 2009/2010 Stampin’Up! Catalogue and although it wasn’t my first choice i have seen some lovely work with it so when i had a little to spend i purchased it at 20% off cause thats what a demonstrators discount is(contact me if you want to know how you can get discount too)
The Designer paper is one of the Hostess only Incentives, A lovely pack of 6×6 papers and very very nice they are too. You really do need to see them to get the full benefit of how lovely the colours are.
I have watercoloured with the Markers and used the Build a brad as an accent.
So what do you think? Did I do okay with the watercoloring this time?
This is for a guy i work with. He asked me to make a couple of birthday cards for him. I will post the other at the weekend.

Just a couple of the highlights from the 2009 Stampin’Up! Convention that i have just arrived home from.
You have to know that this is the most amazing time of the year. I get to meet up with all the old friends and new friends that i have only met online.
I caught up with Kylie (who just happens to be my customers daughter) and her friend Jackie Thomas who just so happens to be a demonstrator, funny about that.
It took forever for us to get in touch and actually find each other but once we did i have to say that they were two very lovely ladies and i wish them both all the very best.
I had 8 of my team with me at the convention and my lovely friends bought me a bracelet and earings to wear to the awards dinner but guess what? Jenni had to pierce one of my ears again cause its been so long since i put a pair of earings in my ears that one of them had actually closed over. Really it didn’t hurt so don’t be worrying over me.

and in return I received all of these swaps from lots of other demonstrators who made swaps just like i did.

Level 3 sales, Level 1 Leadership, Milestone, Demonstrator of the Year #24 and Incentive Trip achiever.

Sorry i haven’t been around lately. Its been really hectic here. Have been on holiday for a week to tassie and then came back to loads of workshops and swaps to get ready for convention.
Yes its that time of year again and this time i am off to Canberra.
I will however have lots to show you when i get home and i am guessing lots to tell you.

Tonight is Stamp-a-stack night and because for once I was organised and set up early I had a chance to have a play with a new set of stamps I bought in the Pre-order for the New Catalogue.
this set is called ‘Blooms Away’ a gorgeous Aussie Stamp set.
I used my Stampin’Up! Markers to colour the image and the weathered background on the card base.
Not sure that the colours are all that great though.

Its that time again. Tonight is the first class for the week and another on Thursday night the 26th of March.
I again have 3 designs for you and this time we will be using a brand new catalogue set, one that is definately in the new catalogue and one thats not going to be in the new catalogue.

I have nobody booked in for this evening so how relaxing is my evening going to be for a change but there is still room for Thursday evening.
