I have only ever done a couple of Kristinas Challenges and when blog surfing this morning i found she had only just put her most recent one up and the fact that i liked the colours she was offering was probably a good reason to have a go as well as the fact that i am not doing anything but some stamping this evening even if it is new years eve.
Got a couple of drinks and all the toppings ready to make pizzas and have a very quiet night at home which to be honest i am really really looking forward to.

Thanks to everyone who has commented on my blog, sent emails, phoned and left messages on facebook to wish me a Happy Birthday. Just got home from a lovely Brunch with Hubby in town.
I made myself a birthday card yesterday (wierd aren’t I?). My DH pinched it though and wrote on it for me today he is sooooo sweet.
Craig rang first thing this morning from Echuca, on the Murray river and Sally rang just before. Its sooo nice to be remembered especially when you have a birthday so close to Christmas.
Anyway here is the card my Hubby gave me.(LOL)

This next one is one I made for a Challenge on Splitcoaststampers. I had to Case one of the cards from a member of SCS.
She makes gorgeous cards and the one i chose stood out for me.

SNEAK PEEK: #1

A couple of months ago i sent in a submission to For Keeps Creative Paper and they accepted it. I was asked to change the colours and add to it and had but a few days. I got it done and sent on time and it was photographed for the December Issue #73. This issue is in the newsagents now and my submission got a 4 page spread (well almost there is an advertisement on half of one of the pages) This is my very first publication and I am super excited. If you would like to make the box and bow pictured then purchase the magazine because all the instructions are on there.

I feel really awful that its been almost a month since i updated my blog.
I hope you have checked out the promotions page for this months promotion. Of course i had created some things but they are still sitting in my front room untouched since my launch. I promise they do look lovely.
Well what have i been up to?
I was really sick for a week and spent 5 days of it in bed and didn’t eat at all (was good for some weightloss but thats about all)
Our puppy was put down as he was bitten by a snake in our backyard. This was horrible to go through he was our baby and we loved him dearly and so did his playmate who is now very lonely.
My wonderful team of demonstrators and many of the elite team helped me out for my launch and i was sooo appreciative as it wouldn’t have gone ahead without their help.
