Whoever said card making was difficult and time consuming. Of course at times it is but take a look at this card it was so easy to make and so quick that you could make a dozen of them in an hour.

I like to make cards that are quick and easy so when I saw one like this on SCS I just had to go ahead and make one for myself.

I have used the Simply Said set with the colours taken with teal and so saffron.

I am about to begin classes each month showcasing a product at each one.  You will complete 3 projects for just $15.00.

Learn how to use the Stampin’Up! products to the best of your ability. First class commences Wednesday December the 5th at 7.30pm at my home in Miners Rest, Ballarat.

email me today to book your place. khunter@vic.chariot.net.au.

PLEASE NOTE: This is also the sort of thing that I can do at a workshop in your home and I can also run a Stamp-a-stack for you as well. These are great ways of everyone having a really good play instead of watching me demo and doing one make and take.

This has got to be my favorite set after the Lovely as a Tree set, I have tried my hand at the watercoloring with the crayons again and I think that I am getting a little better though could do with a little training.

Both are Stampin’Up! sets and available to purchase just by emailing me at khunter@vic.chariot.net.au.

The Stampin’Up! range is available to view online at  http://catalogs.shoplocal.com/stampinup/index.aspx?pagename=shopmain&storeid=1039381

october-075.jpgAre you challenged when it comes to making Male Cards? I am, so when a workmate asked me if we could do older male birthday cards instead of the child male birthday cards at Thursday nights StampaStack I told her i would see what i could do for her but as it was such a busy week that i really didn’t think i was going to get there but at 5 to 7 with the starting time of 7.30 I went into my room and whipped up a Male birthday card in 5 minutes (yes I said 5 minutes) This was the outcome and I gotta say I was quietly impressed with it.

No Not the BLOG CANDY still 70 more hits to go till the big 10,000 but please leave a comment and go into the draw for the retired quickutz.

this one is actually the WORKSHOP only 50/50 Chart. For every$50 spent at a workshop you choose a number from 1 to 50 put your name in the box and random org picks the number and that number this time is  DRUMROLLLLLLL  #20 and its Rita from Invermay who has won the prize of $50 in stampin’up! products.

Don’t worry another chart has started and if you are at a workshop that I demonstrate at you get to join in on the fun and have the chance to be just like Rita.

CONGRATULATIONS RITA

It just came to me the only inspiration I had was from an aussie demonstrator named Teneale. She used the paisley on the elephant but you know it wasn’t as easy to work out how to do as it looked.

I loved it we were having a cardmaking day with a couple of my downlines and one of their mums and we made so many cards and chatted and had lunch and after they left I decided i was sick of making christmas cards so i tried something different.

HAPPY:(very happy with it

If you are a regular reader of my ramblings then you have probably seen my reverse masking tutorial  These are a couple of CASEings of that very card.

october-057.jpg

I have used the elegant eggplant and always artichoke with this one

october-056.jpg

Bravo Burgundy and True Thyme with this one

don’t they come up great using other colours in the stampin’Up! colour range? One card design can become a mulititude of different designs just by changing a colour or a message or even an embellishment.

I AM GOING TO BE A GRANDMA

My lovely daughter has recently found out she is pregnant, no info yet on when she is due its a bit early yet but when i know i will keep you updated. Maybe even with some pictures, hmmmmmmm do you think she would let me put fat pictures up on here? Knowing Sally like i do, I don’t think so.

Well here is the first of many Baby cards, gotta get it right before the big day. This one is using the Wild about you set and my new NESTABILITIES The girls have been waiting to see some projects and this is just one of many.
